Firstly, my husband was tasked with finding a contractor to redo our only bathroom. We met with 3 different individuals and ultimately we chose Carlos because of his attention to detail, transparency and reliability. If you ever dealt with contractors you know some can be extremely shady and not show up or not deliver a quality job. We've been through it and had very sloppy jobs in our home. But from the beginning Carlos was very professional. He drafted out a detailed contract and we felt he was the best to do the job. With two small children we needed a specific set of dates and he was able to accommodate our request. We trusted him and we are glad we chose to work with him. We look forward to working with him on future projects.

I found Carlos after much searching and researching. It is very nice that he is a Queens local, but told me that he works in all the boroughs as well. He came to my home to give me an estimate for my first renovations, the kitchen & bathroom. We talked about the designs, ideas and colors. He explained the work process to me and and he got back to me the next day with a fair quote and timeline. Carlos and his team are very experienced and work quickly and efficiently. They are also very patient and worked with me to get every detail just the way I wanted it. They are organized and cleaned up the job site after the projects were complete. YOU MUST CALL CARLOS! This man is such a gem - I've had the pleasure to work with him the last few months and don't think I'd change any piece of it. Back in December, I found him on Yelp and called him to visit my condo for a quote. I felt his energy and motivation during the walk through and thought 'he's the one.' Fast forward, 6 months later: he delivered on what he promised (if not more). Being this is my first renovation that needed a contractor, I've been told this is definitely rare. We gut renovated the apartment and he dealt with my pickiness (thanks Carlos lol). I used Google and Houzz as my source of inspiration and he recreated my dream apartment. I don't give reviews but Carlos Deleon Contracting earned it. We found Carlos on Yelp after months of searching for the perfect contractor to do our kitchen renovation. After our first meeting with him, I knew he would be perfect for the job. He was very fair on his quote and answered all my questions without frustration. Carlos and his crew didn't disappoint. We hired Carlos to complete our basement renovation as we needed someone to finish hanging drywall, plaster, install a drop-ceiling, re-build the staircase and bathroom, paint, etc. Carlos is a skilled professional who proved to have extensive knowledge in his field. My husband and I were impressed with him from the start as he always asked the right questions and made excellent recommendations on how to improve the space. We incorporated most of his suggestions including building a tiled shower base instead of using a prefabricated one and installing luxury vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet. Our finished basement turned our beautifully because of these simple changes. We were most impressed with Carlos's tile work. We were nervous that our request for a herringbone marble tile bathroom floor was a difficult task, but Carlos took his time and did a terrific job! We have gotten many compliments from our guests and they all admire his work. Carlos's entire team was very courteous and professional at all times. He was also great at communicating and would notify us of any problems, which made him easy to work with. He completed the renovation in two weeks as promised. In terms of pricing, we thought it was fair and we are extremely happy with his work. We highly recommend Carlos to anyone in need of a general contractor and would hire him again for future projects.

I have hired Carlos and his team on two separate medium-sized projects at two different locations, and I have been very pleased both times. Carlos is remarkable in that he calls or comes by when he says he will, and he prices jobs thoughtfully and reasonably. His crew is great in that they show up on time, do quality work, finish when they say they'll finish, and clean up after themselves when they leave. I only have one hesitation recommending Carlos: my fear that he'll get so popular I won't be able to hire him for my next construction project!

Carlos recently painted the exterior railings and replaced the stone tops on the brick posts. They gave me a very fair price, were very professional, and kept me updated as the work progressed. I'm very happy with the results, would definitely use them for another project.

I just finished my Contracting job with Carlos for our home in Long Island. My review is honest and I rarely give reviews unless I'm hundred percent satisfied and with his work I am hundred percent satisfied. I have to say I am extremely happy with his work. He is very professional, always courteous and honest. He painted our entire home, fixed some of the tiles in our home, updated our bathrooms. He did every work we had in the home including small handyman jobs that came up along the way. His prices are fair and affordable and the outcome is very clean and professional. I would have no hesitation in referring him to my friends or family and as a matter of fact I am referring him to another family member.
